Step 1: Browse & Book

Discover our collection online at www.baxtobasics.co.nz.

  • Browse by event, style, or size.

  • Select your hire dates and secure your booking online.

  • Once confirmed, we’ll prepare your garment for courier delivery or studio pick-up.

✨ Pro tip: book early for race day, ball season, or weddings!

Step 2: Try It On (Optional)

Want to check the fit first?

  • Book a try-on appointment at our Rolleston studio

Step 3: Wear & Enjoy

Your dress will arrive clean, steamed, and ready to wear.
It’s all yours for the hire period - just remember:

  • Avoid fake tan, makeup, and strong perfume.

Then go make magic ✨ (and tag us on Instagram @baxtobasics_  - We love seeing your looks!).

Step 4: Return It Easy

Returning is simple:

  1. Place your dress in the supplied, prepaid return courier bag.

  2. Seal it securely and drop off at your local NZ Post on or before your return date.

  3. We handle all cleaning - you just relax and relive the memories.

Step 5: Re-Wear. Re-Love. Repeat.
